Missing or damaged parts?

Don't worry! If you received a copy of any of our games and components were missing or damaged, we can get spare sent out to you free of charge! This process is handled by Naylor Games Back Office.

This process takes a few weeks and there won't be any tracking information to keep costs down, so bear with us - once you submit the request, know that it's being handled and thanks in advance for your patience. If you haven't received your spare parts within three weeks, shoot an email to support@naylorgames.com to check on the status.
