Tettix Games has a Minimum Advertised Price Policy for products sold to retailers. We put lots of effort into designing, developing and delivering high-quality, unique gaming experiences and creating eye-catching and memorable marketing campaigns to promote them. In order to preserve the integrity of our brand, we've established the following guidelines to ensure Tettix Games can continue to operate effectively and efficiently and keep making great games and campaigns far into the future.

1. The MAP policy applies to all retailers, distributors and resellers of board games published and produced by Tettix Games Ltd.

2. The Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for all Tettix Games is set at the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). The MSRP for all Tettix Games products can be found in the spreadsheet below. Retailers are prohibited from advertising any Tettix Games products below the established MAP.

3. Aside from in brick-and-mortar retail stores, retailers may not display strike-through pricing or other alterations to the MAP. Advertised prices must not be displayed below the MAP, whether in print, online, or any other form of media. Retailers may offer discounts or promotions that result in a final sale price below MAP only after the product has been added to the customer's cart or at point of purchase. Clearance sales or liquidation events where products are sold below the MAP must be approved in writing by Tettix Games.

4. If there is evidence that retailers are not adhering to these guidelines, Tettix Games reserves the right to cancel or refuse new orders or to restrict distributors and wholesalers from selling to these accounts. Retailers who are determined to be in breach of guidelines will be given an opportunity to correct any misalignment in order to maintain a relationship with Tettix Games, but failure to comply will result in a termination of the sales relationship and a refusal to fulfil future orders.
